1. Booking policy

To maintain fairness for each and every client, cancellation fee will be applied if you do not show up or cancel your appointment with very short notice. By doing this practice, we are able to ensure that the cost of these cancellations will not spread across all clients. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding.

 

2. Cancellation policy

If you can’t make your booking and need to reschedule or cancel, our salon needs 24-hour notice at a minimum. If you cancel on the same day as your booking, it leaves a gap which is difficult to fill at the last minute – it means that other clients on the wait-list often miss out, too!

– Call or SMS us on 0435 064 414 (please don’t use other numbers – this is our main salon booking number)

– Email us at info@sistarlashes.com (call or SMS is preferable)

If you regularly give us less than 24-hour notice or don’t show up at all without calling, please expect that we will require you to pre-pay for your future bookings.

A late-cancellation fee of 50% of the booking’s total cost is charged for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Refills from another salon

If you had your lashes done at another salon and are coming to us for a refill, it is best to give us a call to discuss further information.
